Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with every booking. The following applies unless your confirmation letter states otherwise.

Cancellation by the Traveller

• Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email.
• Advance payments are used to secure accommodation, permits and transport during the festival period and may be partly or wholly non-refundable close to travel dates.
• Third-party charges already incurred — hotels, homestays, flights, train tickets and permit fees — are deducted from any refund.

Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel a departure, we will offer alternative dates or a refund of amounts not already committed to suppliers on your behalf.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 10–15 working days of written confirmation.
