These terms apply to tours and travel services booked through HornbilFestival.com, operated by Living Roots Tours & Adventure.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and receive the agreed advance.
• Travellers are responsible for valid identity documents, visas and permits such as the ILP or PAP.

Pricing

Quoted prices cover only the inclusions listed in your itinerary. Costs may change if government fees, transport rates or accommodation availability change before confirmation.

Itinerary Changes

Weather, road conditions, permits and festival programming can require changes on the ground. We will always offer the closest reasonable alternative.

Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including strikes, landslides, weather, civil disruption or changes to official festival schedules. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
