- Kamakhya can be crowded; we visit early to avoid long queues.
- Jeep Safari is optional and is not included in the package cost unless specifically mentioned. Safari jeep and park entry are payable at the park counter.

- Foreign Nationals: A Protected Area Permit (PAP) is required for certain destinations. The permit requires a minimum of 15 days for processing. PAP charges are not included in the package cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is one festival day enough on this itinerary?
Most travellers find one full day sufficient alongside Assam. If you prefer two, we swap the Khonoma day for a second Kisama day.
Do I need a permit for Assam?
No. Assam requires no permit. Only Nagaland needs the Inner Line Permit, which is included.
How much driving is involved?
Three long drives — Guwahati–Kaziranga (5 hrs), Kaziranga–Kohima (6 hrs) and Kohima–Dimapur (3 hrs). All in a private vehicle with breaks.
